Adecco Middle East currently hiring a Senior Data Analyst for our prestigious end client based in Dubai. The Senior Data Analyst plays a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making within the organization. They are responsible for providing insights, identifying trends, and presenting data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Data Collection:** Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and external datasets.

2. **Data Cleaning and Preparation:** Clean, preprocess, and transform data to ensure its quality and usability for analysis.

3. **Data Analysis:** Perform advanced statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.

4. **Data Visualization:** Create visually compelling charts, graphs, and reports to communicate findings effectively.

5. **Predictive Modeling:** Develop and implement predictive models to forecast trends, customer behavior, or other relevant metrics.

6. **Statistical Analysis:** Conduct hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and statistical experiments to validate hypotheses and make data-driven recommendations.

7. **Dashboard Development:** Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time or periodic insights to stakeholders.

8. **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and decision-makers, to understand business needs and provide actionable insights.

9. **Data Governance:** Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR or HIPAA.

10. **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science).

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages like Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Excellent communication skills to present complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.

- Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling is a plus.
