Role Purpose

Provide technical and analytical expertise in cybersecurity architecture, threat intelligence integration, and digital forensics capability development for the Cybercrime Center.

Ensure that technology solutions, data feeds, and analysis environments are secure, interoperable, and aligned with the Center's operational, investigative, and intelligence objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct technical assessments and capability analyses across cybersecurity, digital forensics, and data analytics domains. Evaluate and integrate cyber threat intelligence and data feeds from internal and external sources to enhance situational awareness. Design integration frameworks and data exchange mechanisms that enable real-time collaboration across agencies and investigative systems. Develop technical architecture blueprints for secure infrastructure, malware analysis, and cyber threat laboratories. Advise on the establishment and operation of digital forensics and malware analysis environments, ensuring compliance with information security and evidentiary standards. Perform SWOT and capability gap analyses for existing technology ecosystems to identify improvement opportunities. Recommend tools, platforms, and analytical solutions that support investigation, monitoring, and proactive threat response. Provide expert guidance on emerging technologies, automation, and AI/ML applications relevant to cybercrime operations.
Required Experience

5+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in cybersecurity architecture, digital forensics, or technical integration within government or critical infrastructure sectors. Proven experience designing or advising on secure IT and analytics systems for security or investigative environments. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity compliance, data protection, and threat intelligence frameworks. Familiarity with forensics, analytics, and incident management platforms (e.g., SIEM/SOAR, forensic and blockchain analysis tools). Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems (Master's preferred);
