To assist in the smooth operation of department products, through prompt telephone assistance and resolution of problems, recommending solutions, conducting tests and maintaining integrity of application thus assuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Identify functional deficiencies of the system and potential enhancements from an operational/user point of view. Write detailed functional documents, test plans and reports thus assisting in analyzing, interpreting and evaluating data for trends and make recommendations for required action and improvements.
Job Outline:

- Provide prompt telephone support and resolution to problems reported by subscribers on functional and operational issues to customer satisfaction. Log all calls for the derivation of useful statistical information.

- Support with analysis of market and product problems, detect training deficiencies at particular sites and provide input to management for product enhancements.

- Liaise with training center on content and documentation of training programs and update trainers on the changes.

- Advise users on product enhancements and on the latest information. Conduct personalized on-job training to users when requested.
- Maintain accurate database of all users and supported products, thereby assuring user security.

- Keep users informed of any enhancements and/or changes to system functionality to optimize system usage. Liaise with management to obtain and assist in collation of competitor activities feedback in their markets. Anticipate changes which may have an impact on technology utilisation.
- EmQuest specific
- Conduct training for airline staff on Market Fares
- Conduct in-depth functional and operational testing of new products and/or enhancements in conjunction with product executives to ensure they meet our market requirements. The same applies to in-house developed software. Prepare detailed test reports for management.
- Update Agency Accounting Table for all markets to ensure correct billing is generated. Coordinate with IATA-BSP on the implementation of new agents on ticketing for Carrier Identification Plates.
- PrioHub Specific
- You will be responsible for maintaining the day to day operations of the system on-going
- Translate functional requirements to the software developer.
- Coordination between the different departments and keeping the account management ready

- Commercial/Sales.Reservations/Ticketing : 3+ Years
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
- Knowledge/skills: Diploma in Travel and Tourism plus an IATA / UFTAA
- Qualification Exposure to MS-Office
- Experiences in Automated Travel Systems including Access Products, Reservations, Fares, Auto Ticketing, Profiles, etc.(practical working experience on a Global Reservation System and working experience in a job involving Customer Service and Product Support preferably in an airline environment
- Ability to analyze, diagnose and document problems systematically.
- Good command of verbal and written English.
- Conversational Arabic/French would be an advantage.
- Teaching experience would be an advantage.
- UAE driving license would be an advantage.
