Senior Customer Service & Pricing
Job Description
:
-Acknowledge and respond to all customer enquiries.
-Float enquiries with agents.
-Prepare and share quotations with customers.
-Coordinate with shippers and consignees.
-Provide regular updates to customers.
-Follow up and update status until delivery completion.
-Maintain good relationships with customers and work to increase enquiries and conversion rates.
Requirements:
-Must have 3-4 years of UAE experience in Customer Service and Pricing within a Freight Forwarding company
Packages Includes:
-Salary range: AED 6000 to 7000
-All other benefits as per law
