Your role
Line Manager: Head of Credit Assessment
Assessing SME\'s and large Caps with grading assigned that will impact commercial and risk underwriting stance.
Assessment in line with Euler Hermes/ Allianz Grading Methodolody and key risk factors by sector.
Active monitoring of the portfolio as per sensitivity theresholds and ensuring market presence via buyers visits.
Preparing and presenting detailed quarterly sectors insights and reports.
Interaction and alignment with internal stakeholders (Underwriting, Commerical & Claims departments)
Transversal projects within Credit Intelligence Department
Your challenge
Strong skills in corporate credit analysis
Strong market insights
Negotiation skills - to source necessary information and justifying rating decisions to internal stakeholders.
Adaptability to constant change in complex and dynamic business environment.
Key responsibilities/What you do
Buyer assessment in line with EH Grading Methodolody and identifying key risk factors;
Develop close monitoring of market dynamics to identify trends and mitigate claims;
Proactively monitor portfolio of buyers to identify sensitive risks requiring additional diligence;
Conduct interviews with buyers\' management to gather business updates, discuss financial performance and budgets;
Preparing and presenting detailed sector insights and reports
Key requirements/What you bring
Business expertise:
Knowledgable on GCC markets
Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Banking, Audit/Consulting or Credit Insurance industry.
Interpersonal skills:
Agile and team player
Ability to take and justifiy grading decisions
Self motivation and eager for continious personal development
Capacity to manage tasks/projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Educational requirements:
Audit, Finance background Masters. in Finance/Accounting
CFA or equivalent professional qualification
Strong business writing and communication skills in English
