beOnd is the world's first premium leisure airline, redefining luxury travel with design-led experiences. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Creative Designer to elevate our creative output across all touchpoints from digital to print, from concept to production.
As a Senior Creative Designer, you will lead the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that reflect beOnd's refined and premium brand. You will be expected to think conceptually, own the full creative process, and ensure consistency and impact across all brand visuals. This is a hands-on role that requires both design leadership and production execution, with opportunities to shape and evolve our visual identity as the brand grows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the visual development of multi-channel campaigns, from concept to final production.
Take initiative in brainstorming, moodboarding, and presenting creative concepts to stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team, commercial team, and various internal departments to deliver effective visual solutions.
Execute high-quality design work across print, digital, social, and internal branding materials.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on messaging, strategy, and execution.
Support video/motion graphic needs, including editing and exporting to various dimensions.
Contribute to web visuals and light HTML/CSS edits when needed.
Leverage AI tools like Midjourney for ideation and key visuals.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all assets.
Requirements
Qualifications
6-8 years of professional design experience, preferably in industries like aviation, hospitality, or lifestyle.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong experience across print, social media, newsletters, and web design.
Experience developing and adapting campaign concepts across multiple media formats.
Familiarity with AI-based tools like Midjourney, Luma or similar to assist in concepting.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and design for web.
Strong skills in video editing or motion graphics are a major plus.
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
Able to analyze briefs, problem-solve, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting quickly to shifting priorities.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and take feedback constructively.
