Job Description
Preferably Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
8 to 10 years of working experience - handling building construction industries (High-rise buildings, commercial/Residential Buildings, villas or compound)
Proficient in the use of Primavera (P6 version 8.2 or higher) and other software used in planning and project control
Proficient in MS Excel and other MS software
Duties:
Provides cost engineering expertise and develops cost estimation for the projects

Establishing cost based line Conducting cost variances Prepare variation orders Monitoring purchasing processes and Progress Payment Willing to work at project site Conducts cost analysis, cost control and monitoring of budget.
