Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Cost Control Engineer (Civil)
to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, ensuring budget accuracy, and providing detailed financial analysis throughout all project stages.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain project cost control systems. Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective measures. Track project progress, expenditures, and cash flow. Support tendering and estimation teams with cost data and analysis. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier cost proposals. Coordinate with project management, finance, and procurement teams. Prepare monthly cost reports and present findings to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or related field. Minimum7-10 years
of experience incost control within the civil contracting industry
(UAE/GCC experience preferred). Strong understanding of construction project costing, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency inMS Excel

. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
