Key Responsibilities
- Develop original multimedia content, producing engaging text, images, and videos for social media platforms.
- Ensure content consistently aligns with IKEA's brand voice, tone, and visual identity across channels.
- Adapt existing graphics and artwork for various social media formats while maintaining design quality.
- Provide live social media event coverage, creating real-time content and engaging with audiences.
- Plan and manage a detailed content calendar to support consistent posting schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong creative writing skills and ability to adapt messaging across digital, print, and mobile platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
