Position Overview:



We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Social Media Manager

to lead our digital presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content that builds community, increases visibility, and drives patient interest. You should have a strong grasp of trends, content creation, and paid campaign execution, especially in the healthcare and aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute creative content strategies for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Snapchat. Manage the content calendar and day-to-day posting for all social media channels. Plan and execute ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google to drive leads. Collaborate with designers, video editors, and photographers for high-quality visuals. Coordinate photo and video shoots for doctors, treatments, and patient journeys. Monitor engagement, reply to comments/messages, and grow community organically. Stay updated with trends, audio, hashtags, and platform updates. Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, cost per lead, and conversions. Work with the marketing team and department heads to promote seasonal offers and packages. Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content. Prepare performance reports and optimization plans monthly.

Requirements:



3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the medical/aesthetic industry in Dubai. Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and basic SEO. Strong creative sense with knowledge of visual aesthetics in beauty and healthcare. Bilingual in English and Arabic (written and spoken). Excellent communication, project management, and time-management skills. Familiarity with DHA guidelines and Dubai healthcare advertising compliance is a plus.
