About the Business Consulting Service Line




Our Business Consulting service line offers bespoke advisory solutions that prioritize flexibility and personalized client service - our clients are our top priority. Our clientele spans diverse industries and all sizes from SMEs to International Groups and listed companies. We work as experts to tackle unique challenges and seize opportunities, crafting innovative strategies that drive sustainable growth and success.



As a Senior Consultant some of your responsibilities will include:




Responsible for delivering various phases (such as planning, directing, completion) of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries Supporting the development and delivery of a clear go-to market plan for People Advisory while leveraging our internal resource and external network Supporting the development of People Consulting product collateral, including tools and templates Analyzing HR metrics and generating reports to inform decision making, including turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and performance metrics Providing strategic HR advise and solutions to clients, including workforce planning, organizational design and HR strategy alignment Utilizing consulting tools and software such as Power BI, SAS for data analysis and presentation Working closely with senior colleagues and playing a key role in client management and practice development Participating in a broad range of business consulting projects/engagements Maintaining a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform services Assisting managers to promptly identify and resolve client problems or issues Communicating (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence Adhering to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality Preparing business proposals and ensure timely submission to the line manager Completing all assigned projects tasks in a timely manner

Skills

3+ years of related work experience in a top international consulting firm Demonstrates strong HR Advisory technical skills Good knowledge and understanding of technical expertise within HR, wider people and talent Experienced in HR operating model design and delivery, including policy & procedure, compensation, job evaluation, organization design, and HR systems CIPD qualification is considered a plus Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Business acumen with emphasis on analytical thinking and initiatives taking Organizing skills with emphasis on time management Strong written and spoken English, Arabic speaking is advantageous Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites
