About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant-

Capital Advisory

. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting

SMEs and corporate clients in the UAE

with their fundraising initiatives, including debt, equity, and hybrid instruments. This role requires a blend of financial expertise, market knowledge, and strong relationship-building skills to connect businesses with banks, investors, family offices, and other financing sources.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Structuring

Advise SMEs and corporates on their funding requirements (working capital, growth capital, project finance, M&A funding, etc.). Develop and present tailored fundraising strategies Support in preparing financial models, investor decks, and detailed proposals.

Investor & Lender Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with banks, DFIs, private equity funds, venture capitalists, and family offices in the UAE and wider GCC. Facilitate introductions and negotiations between clients and potential investors/funding institutions. Stay updated on market trends, sector appetite, and investor mandates.

Transaction Execution

Support due diligence processes, data-room preparation, and coordination with legal, tax, and financial advisors. Manage end-to-end fundraising transactions, including term sheet review, negotiation, and closure. Assist in valuation discussions, covenant analysis, and structuring optimal financing terms.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CFA, CA, or MBA preferred). 4-8 years' experience in corporate banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related advisory role. Strong understanding of

fundraising dynamics in the UAE

(bank lending, venture capital, family offices, DFIs). Proven ability to prepare and analyse financial models, pitch decks, and investor presentations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and investors. Established network with banks, investors, and financial institutions in the UAE/GCC is a strong plus.
