Project Manager - Strategy Consulting, Facility Management and Real Estate

As a Project Manager in our Facility Management and Real Estate practice, you will play a key role in managing and delivering high-impact projects for our clients in the Middle East. You will be responsible for leading project teams, developing strategic recommendations, and driving successful outcomes for our clients. Your expertise in the facility management and real estate industry, coupled with your strong project management skills, will be instrumental in delivering value to our clients and maintaining our position as a trusted advisor in the market.

Role and Responsibilities

Conduct projects by:

• Leading teams autonomously (with the Partners),
• Coaching the consultants on your project team,
• Managing the budgets,
• Structuring and delivering impactful client presentations,
• Developing client relationships,
• Supervise market research and data analysis.

Develop the leads with the Partners & contribute to the development of our competence centers by:

• Preparing client pitches,
• Developing client accounts.

Take part in the development of the ME office by:

• Contributing to internal activities, like recruiting, marketing, sports activities, etc. - both by developing own initiatives and active participation,
• Being part of the Extended Management Team,
• Being involved in the Human Capital Development by mentoring more junior colleagues.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Qualifications and Work Experience Requirements

• MBA or master\'s degree in Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Engineering, Technology, Science, Finance or Business Administration including STEM, from a global top university or business school
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting or relevant roles within the facility management and real estate industry.
• Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with proven experience in quantitative analysis
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English, Arabic speaking is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within the Middle East region, as required by project demands.
• Middle East experience preferred but not necessary
