Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead and manage large-scale construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-rise tower developments (50+ floors) and a proven track record working with reputable, high-profile construction companies.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Review and approve project schedules, cost estimates, and technical designs.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and senior management, providing regular project updates.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing high-rise projects (50+ floors) in Dubai.
• Experience working with high-profile and leading construction companies in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management software, and local building codes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
