We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Construction Materials Specialist to join our fast-growing team in the UAE.

Due to a high volume of construction-related inquiries generated through our marketing efforts, we need a proactive individual who can efficiently source and sell materials based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and respond to construction material inquiries. Source top-quality suppliers with competitive pricing across the UAE. Negotiate deals and maintain strong vendor relationships. Sell in-house stock of construction materials to customers. Handle full-cycle procurement and sales operations. Travel to supplier and client sites as needed.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in construction materials procurement or sales within the UAE. Strong network and market knowledge of local suppliers and pricing. Excellent negotiation, communication, and sales skills. Fluent in both Hindi and English (required). A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under pressure. Familiarity with various building materials (cement, steel, tiles, paint, etc.).
