Job Summary
Guildhall is representing the Main Contractor in association with a 'Super High Rise Tower' programme. This iconic project in Dubai requires an exceptional Senior Construction Manager to facilitate construction management and insure the delivery of this multi billion USD programme.
We are specifically looking for a candidates that possess the two following traits:
- Extensive knowledge of Construction Management on major projects.
- Project exposure on 'Super High Rise Towers' (over 300m).
Requirements to be considered for this role:
- Minimum 18 years Construction experience
- Must have experience of High Rise Tower projects (preferably over 300m)
- Must have worked for a Main Contractor
- Degree educated in Civil Engineering
