Job Responsibilities:

- Centralize, manage, and retain all information on compliance-related issues for example breach of regulation, non-respect of procedures, and conflict of interest, and report the same to the immediate supervisor.

- Facilitate fulfilling all regulatory requirements, coordinating and reporting the findings of internal compliance audits, and facilitating external audits by regulatory agencies.

- Assess the appropriateness of internal policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensure follow-up of any identified deficiencies, suggest recommendations for amendments, where necessary, and ensure the implementation of corrective measures to mitigate the identified deficiencies.

- Respond promptly to any request for information made by Executive Office and Competent Authorities.

- Overseeing compliance procedures and advising on risk management.

- Assist in ESR Project while Communication with Licensees, Monitor & Track ESR Potential Clients, and maintain ESR Report data.

- Collaboration with other departments for the application that requires approval and/or special request.

- Monitor, review, and analyze compliance risk, and ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations through effective processes, procedures, systems, and controls.

- Be familiar with the local requirement of laws regulations relevant findings, recommendations, guidance, directives, resolutions, and sanctions.

- Adaptability in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic working teams and environments.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in a related discipline, preferably Finance, Accounting, or Law.

- Must possess 3-5 years of compliance experience in the UAE industry.

- AML, UBO, and ESR knowledge - and awareness of ministry requirements

- Must be a native Arab; excellent communication skills in Arabic and English are mandatory.

- Previous work experience in a similar role in the UAE is preferred.

- An understanding of compliance and regulatory law would be beneficial.

- Excellent communication skills and presentation.

- Based in UAE and available as soon as possible.
