The Assistant Manager Compliance is expected to act as subject matter expert in all areas of the Properties Corporate Compliance program, including Business Ethics related matters, including managing Conflict of Interests.
Assisted HOD on the compilation of Compliance Management Policy & Framework and the Compliance Registers
Set out an annual compliance action plan.
Prepare and submit a clear and brief compliance reports to the Senior Management quarterly.
The compliance officer will be combined with the internal auditing function.
Coordinate internal compliance audit and control activities, including periodic departmental reviews
The Compliance Officer shall be primarily responsible for supervising the compliance within the Company and ensuring compliance running within the laws, regulations and Policies statutory requirements.
Perform independent investigation and take action on compliance matters.
Supervise and monitor the compliance program.
Monitor external audits
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor in Compliance/ Internal Audit or similar field
5 to 7 year in similar experience. Preference will be for someone from Real Estate industry background.
