Job description Marketing Manager - Real Estate We are a well-established real estate company based in Ajman, UAE, and we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing team, developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan, and managing our online presence across all channels. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing and paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and all social media platforms. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the marketing team
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan and strategy
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer behavior
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and brand awareness
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Manage the company\'s online presence, including website and social media
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Identify and develop new marketing opportunities to drive growth
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within the real estate industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and all social media platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
