Job Description
We have just been instructed on two new legal counsel opportunities for an extremely prominent organisation in the UAE. They are looking for a mid-senior level, common-law qualified, projects/ non-contentious construction lawyers to join their extremely well-regarded team. If you are a common law qualified lawyer with at least 4 years\' experience either from a leading law firm or in-house organisation please do reach out.
Key requirements:
Key requirements:
- Solid construction background, with upwards of 4 years post qualification experience within a top tier firm or prominent organisation.
- Experience in the drafting and negotiation of construction documentation, and ideally some experience in advising on contentious construction matters.
- Experienced in advising on all types of commercial contracts and in coordinating corporate projects.
- Experience working on UAE projects, and on energy sector deals is preferred.
