**What You'll Do**

• Develop and lead full-spectrum communications campaigns across internal, digital, media, and stakeholder platforms
• Manage the People Advocacy program, including ambassador engagement, content creation, and training sessions
• Create compelling narrative frameworks aligned with Al-Futtaim's brand purpose and topic pillars: innovation, sustainability, digital transformation, and people
• Supervise cross-functional project teams and coordinate with creative, production, and media agencies
• Track and report campaign performance using KPIs and analytics dashboards to optimize future strategy
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure strategic alignment and cost-effectiveness
• Support executive visibility, thought leadership content, and special initiatives from the Global Head of Thought Leadership

**Candidate Requirements**

• 10-15 years' experience in corporate communications, campaign execution, or integrated marketing roles
• Proven track record managing 360 campaigns in complex environments with multi-market reach
• Experience leading employee advocacy or internal engagement programs preferred
• Excellent writing, messaging, and storytelling abilities across diverse platforms and audiences
• Strong digital and social media skills, including familiarity with content platforms and performance tools
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience
• Strong grasp of brand reputation strategy and executive communications best practices
