I am urgently seeking a number of Senior Commercial Managers to join an industry leading Project Management Consultancy in Riyadh on a new prestigious mega:project consisting of Buildings, Leisure and Entertainment with a focus on Infrastructure. Responsibilities: * Provide support and guidance on all commercial issues within the projects and ensure that commercial staff attains their maximum potential. * Management of the Contract Administration on the work packages * Preparation of Contractor/Consultant pre:contract work packages. * Interact with client and address all inquiries related to commercial and contract related issues in order to maximize the profitability of projects. * Analysis of cost over:run and other implications. * Internal cost comparisons and cost projections * Negotiation of Contracts. * Responsibility for management of all financial/contractual issues arising during the contract. * Payment of Contractors and Consultants. * Identify legitimate contractual claim situations and prepare suitable and sufficient documentation to clients. * Negotiate final accounts and closeout of Contractors/Consultants Contracts. Qualifications and other: * Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field * Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills. * 20 years demonstrable experience in a commercial role on major building and/ or infrastructure projects. * Previous experience working on projects within the GCC is advantageous but not essential. * Knowledge of a wide range of contract conditions. * Work experience on major Building or large:scale projects. * Good team player and communicator.
