We are looking for a senior commercial manager with expertise in the Food & beverage industry, specifically with background in restaurants, hotels, and event halls.
Salary: 12000-15000 AED

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and execute the company\'s commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Increase sales, revenue, and market share through sales strategies and market expansion
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing commercial team
- Set performance targets and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
- Oversee contract negotiations and review processes to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Streamline commercial operations and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making
- Lead and manage change initiatives within the commercial department and across the organization
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field
- 5-7 yeas working in B2B cleaning products sector
- Proven experience in commercial management, including managerial roles
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit and any other relevant computer applications
