If so, our client has an exciting opportunity for you About the Role: Our client, a leading Construction Project Management Consultancy (PMC) with an exceptional portfolio of projects spanning across the UAE, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join their team as they embark on a groundbreaking large:scale project in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities: * Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the project, including cost control, procurement, and contract management. * Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation, administration, and management of contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. * Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, conduct cost analysis, and identify cost:saving opportunities. * Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants. * Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders. * Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. * Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the construction industry, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. * Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast:paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
