About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced

Senior Site Engineer

to join our dynamic contracting team specializing in

construction, renovation, hardscaping, steel structures, and maintenance works

. The ideal candidate is a

hands-on, site-focused engineer

with a strong civil background and the ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and deliver quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely execution of works Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers Review drawings and ensure proper implementation on site Manage materials, manpower, and quality of civil works Ensure site safety, documentation, and daily reporting Lead teams across multiple scopes: civil works, hardscaping, renovation, steel, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 6-8 years of UAE site experience

in

contracting (not consultancy)

Strong knowledge of

hardscaping, renovation, maintenance, and steel structures

Experience dealing with site teams, clients, and subcontractors Able to read technical drawings and handle site decisions independently Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD is a plus UAE driving license preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
