Position:

Senior Civil Site Engineer/Bridges Engineer

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Civil Site Engineer specializing in

roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects

, your responsibilities will include:

Project Management:

Plan and coordinate site activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Monitor day-to-day site operations and manage construction schedules effectively.

Provide technical guidance and support to the team for successful project execution.

Site Supervision:

Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

Inspect work progress and approve completed tasks as per the project plan.

Quality Assurance and Control:

Ensure all materials and construction activities meet the required quality standards.

Conduct quality inspections and maintain detailed records of construction progress.

Identify and resolve any issues or non-conformities during construction.

Safety Compliance:

Implement and enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks with the workforce.

Technical Coordination:

Interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications, and technical details accurately.

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and government authorities for approvals and inspections.

Provide engineering solutions to technical challenges during construction.

Resource Management:

Oversee the procurement, storage, and utilization of construction materials.

Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment, and resources to avoid delays.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, logs, and documentation for progress and quality tracking.

Communicate project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Problem Solving:

Identify potential risks and issues and implement timely solutions to minimize disruptions.

Address and resolve technical and operational challenges on-site.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of UAE experience in

roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects

.

Availability:

Immediate joining is preferred.

Location:

Candidates must be currently in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview.

Skills:

Strong expertise in site supervision, project management, quality assurance, and safety compliance.

Salary: AED 7,000 - AED 9,000 (based on experience and qualifications).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
