Senior Civil Project Manager
to lead property development projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential and commercial construction, with deep knowledge of local regulations and practices.Responsibilities:
Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to handover
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and budgets
Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and construction standards
Report regularly to management and stakeholders
Requirements:
8-10 years of UAE experience in civil project management
Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Experience in property development and maintenance projects
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Arabic language is an advantage
