Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Civil Project Manager

with proven experience in

interior design and fit-out works

. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and full coordination with authorities such as

Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and Civil Defense

. Candidates with a

valid Dubai Municipality (DM) license/approval

will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of civil and interior fit-out projects, from planning to handover. Liaise with

Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities

for obtaining permits, approvals, and inspections. Review and approve design drawings, BOQs, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with codes and standards. Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers to achieve project milestones. Ensure adherence to

quality, safety, and contractual obligations

on all sites. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and coordination issues. Prepare project progress reports and update senior management and clients regularly.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred). Minimum

7-10 years of experience

in civil construction and

3-5 years in interior design / fit-out projects

in UAE/GCC.

Dubai Municipality license/approval preferred

; candidates must have prior experience with authority submissions and approvals (DM, Trakhees, Civil Defense, etc.). Proficiency in project planning software (Primavera / MS Project) and AutoCAD. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. UAE Driving License preferred.
