Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Senior Civil Project Engineer

to oversee and manage high-rise building construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in

civil construction

, with proven expertise in

high-rise structures

,

project execution

, and

site coordination

in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate all civil works on high-rise building construction sites, ensuring compliance with

project specifications, timelines, and safety standards

. Review

construction drawings, structural plans, shop drawings

, and material submittals. Manage daily site activities and work closely with

site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and the project manager

. Monitor project progress, quality, and cost control throughout the construction phase. Plan and schedule

construction sequences

, resource allocation, and manpower deployment. Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely delivery of materials. Ensure implementation of

QA/QC procedures

and adherence to

HSE regulations

on-site. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare

progress reports, site logs, and technical reports

. Attend

client, consultant, and contractor meetings

, providing technical input and resolving on-site issues. Assist in managing variations, claims, and project documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

(Master's degree is a plus).

Minimum 7 years of experience

in civil engineering and project execution, with at least

3-5 years in the UAE

working on

high-rise building projects

. Strong knowledge of

UAE construction regulations, codes, and building standards

. Proficient in

AutoCAD, Primavera P6 / MS Project, and Microsoft Office

. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent

communication and coordination skills

. Familiar with

structural, architectural, and MEP interfaces

in high-rise projects. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. UAE

Driving License

preferred.
