Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. As a Senior BI Developer, you will analyze Clinical, Operational, and financial data and help internal and external stakeholders by developing insights to solve business problems using data and pursuing data analytics projects. As a key member of the ITWx team, you will navigate through the complex business challenges to design solutions using different Data Analytics tools and convert them into design and develop assets to achieve business objectives and support internal initiatives. You will work closely with all client stakeholders to understand the staretgic requirements and align data analytics strategy to those.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics; or related field; or 4 years equivalent relevant work experience, plus;
• At least 4 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:

• At least 3 year of business analytics work experience
• Hands-on experience in developing dashboards and visual insights in SAS/Tableau/Power BI etc

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Cerner Millennium
• At least 2 year of experience working with SAS platform
• At least 5 year of experience working with SAP Business Objects
• Experience working in sql, data transformation and preparation

Expectations:

• Willing to participate in on-call rotation as needed
