Role Overview
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving Smart Screening adoption across the UAE in the Education sector. This is a senior-level commercial role requiring strong consultative sales skills, experience managing institutional stakeholders, and the ability to build relationships with school groups, education authorities, and healthcare-related bodies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead market expansion efforts across all Emirates, introducing screening solutions to target institutions.
Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with school networks, education authorities, and relevant health bodies.
Conduct high-level presentations, demos, and pilot program engagements with decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales cycle -- from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation, closing, and renewal.
Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of pilot programs.
Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and activity tracking.
Represent at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to elevate brand visibility.
Provide structured market insights and competitive intelligence to inform leadership and product strategy.
Experience & Skills
5+ years of sales or business development experience in the UAE (institutional, B2B, or solutions-based sales).
Experience selling tech, SaaS, healthcare, medical devices, or education-related solutions is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of UAE institutional ecosystems -- including education, healthcare, procurement, and regulatory processes.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency with CRM systems and structured pipeline management.
Valid UAE driving licence with willingness to travel across Emirates.
Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Prior experience in a startup or market expansion environment is beneficial.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
AED 20,000 - 35,000 per month (depending on experience)
Commissions:
Attractive tiered incentives based on quarterly performance
