Job Requirement:Manage local Corporate, Government, Ministries, Luxury Consortia andGlobal Accounts. Handling RFPs and enrolling PVD into preferred hotel list ofmajor corporate accounts.Implement and execute all sales objective and action plans to the reach andexceed targets set while meeting customer needsEstablish parameters, quotes and negotiated prices with clients for transientand group business. Promote and produce sales leads for the hotel within itsrespective areasProvide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in thecompetition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mailin its market areasThe Business Development Manager must maximize yield in alignment withthe strategic goals of the sales department and the objectives of the hotel.He/She will have a proactive approach to sales, anticipating potentialopportunities and developing new opportunities - contribution to Total HotelRevenueManage and take all necessary actions to maximize GOP in the assignedportfolio. Drive business and strategize with Local Corporate, Governmentand MICE companies.Strategize the business plan on the insight and behaviors of the portfolio byeach segment source. Executing initiatives to mitigate the need and maximizebusiness over the demand periodsHandle client inquiries in timely frame manner about property facilities/services (e.g. room rates and room types, packages, promotions, vouchers,restaurants etc)Address clients\' requests to maximize client satisfaction while observing thehotel\'s policies where appropriate. Solicit new potential accounts in designatedaccounts. Interact with clients regarding corporate, MICE offers and flash salesIncrease in overall hotel business conversion percentage.Handle Corporate, Government and MICE leads whenever requiredCreate and manage company profiles in the PMS Opera System.Perform any additional duties assigned by the Commercial Director - Sales &Marketing / Revenue
