Senior Business Development Manager, BFSI - IT Consultancy - Dubai We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join our client's expanding team in Dubai. This role is focused on driving growth by engaging new clients within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, and aligning their digital transformation goals with our Global client's advanced IT, Technology and Consulting solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of our client's IT and digital services through tailored solution offerings.
Proactively identify and target potential clients through a mix of outreach methods including networking, referrals, research, and direct engagement.
Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with business development targets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to support consistent revenue generation.
Lead contract discussions, structure deals, and close opportunities with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Meet and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, contributing to overall regional growth targets.
Utilize deep industry knowledge to advise clients on technological innovations and strategies relevant to the BFSI space.
Leverage your subject matter expertise to represent the company at industry forums, thought leadership panels, and other public speaking opportunities.
Attend relevant industry events and conferences to build brand presence and identify new opportunities.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
8-10+ years of experience in business development or sales roles, focused on IT professional services within the UAE and Saudi markets.
In-depth understanding of the BFSI sector, including industry challenges and emerging technology trends.
A strong professional network within financial services, ideally with existing client relationships or a warm book of business.
Proven track record of driving strategic enterprise-level deals and achieving multi-million-dollar sales quotas (ideally $5M+ annually).
Expertise in consultative selling, particularly in engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
Self-driven with a proactive mindset and a passion for exceeding performance metrics.
Demonstrated success in managing all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing complex deals.
Proficiency in creating business proposals, solution frameworks, and client presentations.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness and ability to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
A valid passport is required.
