Job Description

We are looking for

Senior Business Development Head

to lead and grow our import/export business in the UAE, focusing on developing key relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth in this market.

Key Responsibilities:



Market Expansion & Strategy:

Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our presence in the UAE market, with a focus on agricultural products sourced from India.

Client Acquisition & Management:

Identify and build relationships with potential clients (distributors, wholesalers, and retailers) in the UAE and GCC regions. Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Partnership Building:

Establish partnerships with local importers, logistics providers, and regulatory bodies to streamline operations.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Lead efforts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify new revenue streams, including untapped markets and product diversification opportunities.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand local competition, customer preferences, and trends in the import/export industry.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all import/export activities comply with UAE and international trade regulations. Oversee the preparation of documents such as Proforma Invoices, shipping documents, and letters of credit.

Supply Chain Optimization:

Collaborate with suppliers in India to ensure timely shipments and manage logistics for smooth deliveries.

Key Requirements:



Proven Experience:

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a senior business development role in the import/export industry, ideally within the UAE or GCC market.

Industry Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and the agricultural product market in the UAE.

Strong Network:

Established contacts with distributors, wholesalers, and key stakeholders in the UAE market.

Negotiation Skills:

Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.

Leadership:

Demonstrated experience in leading teams and driving business growth.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,368.94 - AED4,400.94 per month
