One of the leading Digital Marketing companies in Abu Dhabi looking for a Business Development Executive.

The Senior Business Development Executive will support the Head of Business Development to develop a robust and integrated business strategy. This person is responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to upgrade in added products and services, and remaining abreast of changes in service utilization. The person will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship. Will be attending networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele. Ultimately, Senior BD Executive will keep a close eye on clients\xe2\x80\x99 feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

\xe2\x9c\x93 Full familiarization of the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services such as Digital Advertising, Video Production and Influencer Marketing.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Closing monthly deals with a minimum target of AED100,000.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Generate monthly leads with a minimum target of 50 companies/entities.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Acquiring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration. \xe2\x9c\x93 Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. \xe2\x9c\x93 Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Reviewing clients\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

\xe2\x9c\x93 Must be bilingual in English & Arabic.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Background in Marketing and Advertising Agency is a MUST.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Minimum 5 years extensive experience in business development and closing deals from government clients and big corporates.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Great networking skills and resourceful with outstanding research skills.

\xe2\x9c\x93 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
