Job Overview
We are seeking a
Business Development Executive
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, conducting on-site customer visits, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our marine and safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Visit clients and project sites to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify new business opportunities through field sales and client meetings
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marine and safety solutions
Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of client visits, interactions, and follow-ups
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
4-5 years of field sales experience
(preferably in marine, safety, industrial, or technical sales)
Male candidates preferred
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
Strong outdoor sales and client-handling experience is an advantage
Key Skills
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in field sales
Good planning, reporting, and follow-up skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
