As a

Business Development

, you will drive growth by acquiring high-value clients across UAE Freezones and strategic markets. This role combines relationship-building, market insights, and solution-driven sales to expand our enterprise client base.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition:

Secure 8-10 new enterprise clients monthly (average deal size: AED 120k+/year).

Strategic Outreach:

Engage decision-makers in target sectors (import/export, logistics, fintech) through tailored presentations and demos.

Partnership Development:

Collaborate with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and financial institutions to co-create growth opportunities.

Market Insights:

Provide actionable feedback to product teams to refine our IBAN and crypto-fiat solutions.

CRM Excellence:

Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and pipeline progress using proprietary tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

3+ years in B2B sales within financial services, fintech, or SaaS. Freezone-focused experience preferred.

Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of cross-border payment systems (SEPA, SWIFT, etc.) and UAE market dynamics.

Proactive Approach:

Ability to independently identify opportunities and deliver structured sales strategies.

Communication Skills:

Fluent in English (Arabic a plus), with polished presentation and negotiation abilities.

Results-Driven:

Documented track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments.
