We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Senior

Business Development Executive

to drive sales and secure new projects in

villa construction, residential buildings, and commercial building works

. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a deep understanding of the UAE construction market, and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in villa construction, residential & commercial building projects. Build and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, project owners, and developers. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and brand visibility. Coordinate with the estimation and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and project delivery. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to generate leads. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience (4+ years) in business development or sales within the

civil construction sector

in the UAE. Strong network of industry contacts in

villa and building construction segments

. Knowledge of local market dynamics, tendering processes, and construction regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred). UAE Driving License is mandatory.
