. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-value investors, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth and capital acquisition goals of the company.
Identify and connect with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), institutional investors, and corporate clients to secure real estate investments.
Develop and present compelling investment proposals and business cases aligned with the company's property portfolio.
Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing Real Estate properties suitable for development opportunities
Build and maintain a network of investors, and developers.
Conduct market research to identify emerging investment trends and opportunities in the UAE real estate sector.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote investment opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of investor interests and project goals.
Prepare and deliver regular updates to management on investment pipelines, deal progress, and investor feedback.
Negotiate terms and close investment deals while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Act as the company's investment ambassador in the UAE and regional markets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience in real estate business development or investment sales.
Strong track record of successfully raising capital and managing investor relationships.
Excellent understanding of the UAE real estate market, investment cycles, and legal frameworks.
Exceptional networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
UAE driving license is required.
