We are a media agency based in Abu Dhabi looking to hire a
Female Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Executive
with strong experience in the UAE market.Important Requirement:
This position is open
for female candidates only
, due to the nature of client interactions and business requirements.Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and acquire clients for the agency. Promote and sell media services (video production, social media management, ads, branding, marketing services). Conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals. Meet monthly sales targets consistently. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with the creative and marketing teams.
Requirements:
Female candidates only
(mandatory). Minimum5 years of sales/business development experience
in the UAE. Background in media, marketing, or advertising is highly preferred. Excellent English communication skills. ValidUAE driving license
