As a Senior Business Analyst at Dicetek, you will gather and document business requirements for core banking systems, facilitate stakeholder communication, and support the functional design of banking products and processes. Your strong understanding of both technology and operations will ensure seamless alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Analyze and document requirements related to core banking systems
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, and wireframes using MS Visio
- Collaborate with technical teams to support system design and integration
- Leverage domain expertise in Trade Finance and Wealth Management (preferred)
- Translate complex business processes into functional specifications
- Act as a liaison between business users and development teams
- Provide support in testing, validation, and operational readiness activities
- Apply operational knowledge to enhance process efficiency and solution effectiveness
What Skills Are Required for a Senior BA Role in Dubai?
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, primarily in core banking
- Background in banking operations, Trade Finance, or Wealth Management is an advantage
- Experience working in techno-functional roles involving system integration and support
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in creating BRDs, process flows, and business documentation
- Familiarity with tools like MS Visio and wireframing solutions
