About Consumer Health

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health and your employment would be governed by New Consumer Health’s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Role Summary:

The Senior Brand Manager – Johnson’s Adult and C&C is a key leadership role within Skin Heath and the overall Marketing organization. This role involves the leadership of the Neutrogena Brand strategy and end-to-end execution of both short and long-term objectives. This position reports into the Skin Health Marketing Manager AMET.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute Johnson’s and C&C strategy and end-to-end execution across the AMET cluster.
  • Leadership and execution of the Point of Market Entry program focused on driving recruitment.
  • Drive active scientific communication through the new elevated omnichannel approach including content optimization and acquisitions.
  • Lead the strategic development of the Influencers & PR Program for AMET in partnership with leading e-commerce retailers.
  • Lead the strategy, content development and deployment of the Johnson’s and C&C Communications campaigns in close partnership with the external PR & media agencies.
  • Partner with the Regional Franchise on the Johnson’s team and play a critical role in influencing and shaping the future innovation for the AMET consumer & customer.
  • Lead the brand’s operational business cycle in close partnership with the Gulf Squad (Demand Reviews, P&L and share deep dives to action, Brand & Customer reviews). Develop tailored execution plans to address the brand & retailer challenges in each of the Gulf markets.
  • Overall brand P&L management: STT, NTS, GP, BME, Brand contribution.
  • Responsible for deep understanding of our diverse consumers by market to ensure that every decision made has our consumer’s needs at heart.
  • Build and establish effective partnerships with key external and internal cross-functional business partners.
  • As a leader in the business, contribute to the culture of innovation, collaboration, and talent development.

Main performance measures:

  • Business results – market share and P&L financial targets
  • 360 Feedback from key stakeholders

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business administration or respective studies. MBA degree a plus.
  • 8+ years of Marketing Experience, and proven brand management experience.
  • Prior regional emerging market experience preferred.
  • Strong overall business & marketing management experience.
  • Exceptional financial & commercial acumen – proven ability to connect in-market dynamics with financial implications and make decisions to drive business results.
  • Strong analytical capability leading to data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record in developing integrated marketing campaigns resulting in driving category & brand consumption.
  • Highly experienced in launching new products and commercial innovation with excellence.
  • Lives into the TAO behaviors: TRUST, AGILITY, OWNERSHIP.
  • High ethical standards & follows J&J Credo.
  • Ability to master complexity, challenge the status quo, and make the complex simple and communicate very clearly.

  • Must be able to travel across AMET Region.
  • Excellent Verbal and written English skills; Arabic is a plus.
