Senior BIM Modeler - Parsons Corporation - Abu Dhabi, UAE
Position Overview
This Senior BIM Modeler role supports advanced digital delivery across major Abu Dhabi infrastructure programs. You will work closely with BIM Coordinators and multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop detailed 3D/2D models, support coordination activities, and ensure all BIM deliverables meet project, company, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support BIM Coordinators and project teams in daily BIM implementation
• Create accurate 3D/2D models aligned with LOD and project BIM standards
• Extract models for clash detection, scheduling, and quantity take-off
• Coordinate with engineers and designers across all disciplines
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings including layouts, sections, profiles, and arrangements
• Perform internal QA/QC checks to ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and BS/PAS 1192 standards
• Deliver Project Information Models in line with TIDP, MIDP, and CDE workflows
• Conduct clash detection, produce walkthroughs, and support constructability reviews
• Extract 2D geometry for reviews and coordination meetings
• Prepare BIM submission packages as required by the project
• Work closely with technical leads to ensure timely delivery of modeling tasks

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5-8 years in Revit with strong proficiency in current versions
• Expert-level Revit skills: families, parametric modeling, assemblies, shared coordinates, worksets, and federated models
• Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, BIM 360; familiarity with ProjectWise, Synchro, and Bluebeam is a plus
• Experience in bridge, tunnel, and steel/concrete infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of BIM standards: ISO 19650, PAS 1192, BS 1192
• Ability to set up new project files and maintain BIM libraries
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under time pressure
