We are expanding our Business Development & Commercial team and are looking for a Senior BDC Executive - Private Sector to support lead generation, market expansion efforts, and local stakeholder engagement, especially within the UAE and regional entities.

Role Overview

The Senior BDC Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value business opportunities across the private sector. This role combines strategic outreach with tactical sales execution to ensure consistent project inflow to Serdal Holding's subsidiaries and successful onboarding of partners and clients. A key function is building and maintaining sector-diversified lead generation channels and ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

Execute lead generation strategies for the private sectors, leveraging multiple outreach channels (referrals, cold outreach, events, stakeholder network). Conduct targeted outreach to sector-specific decision-makers to introduce Serdal and its subsidiaries' offerings. Build a high-value lead pipeline through partnerships, non-exclusive agreements, and ongoing market research. Achieve an annual revenue target of AED 5,000,000 through B2B sales and deal execution. Build and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships to drive long-term business potential. Own and achieve quarterly sales targets and KPIs related to deal closure, project facilitation, and partnership engagement. Represent Serdal Holding at relevant expos, conferences, and networking events across sectors. Provide weekly reporting of sales activities, lead funnel updates, and target progress via the CRM. Collaborate with the Assistant Director and BDC Manager to align strategy and opportunity prioritization. Identify sector trends and feedback loops that can influence positioning and sales approaches. Maintain organized follow-ups, prospect qualification notes, and opportunity summaries.
Ideal Candidate

Experience & Background

3 to 6 years of business development or B2B sales experience in the UAE. A minimum of 2 years of experience and an active network in the Abu Dhabi market. Skilled in outreach, proposal development, and relationship follow-up. Proven network and connections in the private sector. Proven success in closing private sector deals and consistently meeting financial targets. Experience selling services or solutions in industrial services, facility management, or construction. Familiarity with free zone operations, government registrations, or market entry procedures. Strong understanding of B2B sales, especially in industrial or energy sectors (a plus).
Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related field. Excellent command of English; additional European languages preferable. Relevant BDC, sales, or client acquisition certifications are a plus. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
