We are expanding our Business Development & Commercial team and are seeking a proactive and government-savvy Senior BDC Executive - Government Sector to lead client acquisition and tender tracking across UAE government and semi-government entities and the broader GCC.

Role Summary

As a Senior BDC Executive - Government Sector, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing pre-qualification processes, and aligning Serdal Holding's subsidiary services with public sector needs. With a clear sales target of AED 5 million annually, this role plays a key part in expanding Serdal Holding's presence within the GCC's strategic sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and build working relationships with key government and semi-government stakeholders. Monitor UAE tendering portals such as eSupply, ADGPG, DPP, Etihad Rail, SEWA, and others for relevant opportunities. Coordinate internally with Serdal's subsidiaries for RFP preparation and drafting. Collect feedback on submitted proposals and propose improvements for subsidiaries. Drive government-sector sales to meet an annual target revenue of AED 5,000,000. Oversee and coordinate the pre-qualification processes of Serdal Holding's subsidiaries across various entities. Identify alignment between government project needs and the service offerings of Serdal subsidiaries. Maintain and report on an organized government-sector CRM pipeline, tracking opportunity status, submissions, and follow-ups. Submit weekly activity updates on tenders, meetings, leads, and BDC progress to the Assistant BDC Director and BDC Manager.
Ideal Candidate

Experience & Skills

3 to 6 years of Business Development & Commercial or tender coordination experience within the UAE. Direct exposure to government and semi-government stakeholders. Strong understanding of tender platforms (eSupply, Tejari, DPP, ADGPG, etc.). Experience with prequalification, vendor registration, and public-sector sales cycles. Competent in using CRM tools for pipeline tracking. UAE Driving License is required.
Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, or related field. Familiarity with UAE public procurement frameworks and proposal development. Excellent command of English and Arabic.
