Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages to the highest quality and presentation standards
Ensure correct extraction, brewing methods, and consistency across all coffee offerings
Calibrate grinders and maintain espresso machines and brewing equipment
Lead by example in customer service and coffee craftsmanship
Train, coach, and support baristas on specialty coffee techniques and SOPs
Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and bar supplies; report shortages
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health & safety, and quality standards
Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve service issues
Support menu development, coffee tastings, and new product launches when required
Qualifications
At least 1 year experience working as a Senior Barista in U.A.E
Excellent knowledge on specialty coffee
