Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar.
Train and mentor junior baristas.
Ensure the proper functioning of coffee equipment.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Maintain stock levels and inventory control.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista, preferably in a senior role.
Extensive knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
