Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks.
Create intricate and appealing latte art to enhance the customer experience.
Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area.
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Engage with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and a passion for coffee and customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A strong team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
