What You'll Do
Prepare high-quality coffee, matcha, and cold drinks with precision.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed.
Train and guide junior baristas to uphold professional standards.
Ensure the coffee station is clean, organized, and efficient.
Recommend and introduce new drinks and seasonal specials.
Provide an outstanding customer experience with a warm, friendly attitude.
Who We're Looking For
+3 years of barista experience in a specialty coffee shop.
Strong knowledge of espresso, brewing methods, and latte art.
Ability to lead and train junior team members.
Passionate about coffee culture and customer service.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
