with a strong background in specialty coffee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of coffee beans, brewing methods, equipment maintenance, and customer service. As a senior member of the team, you will help lead day-to-day cafe operations, maintain high quality standards, and mentor junior baristas.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain a deep understanding of coffee origins, roast profiles, and brewing methods
Guide and mentor junior baristas in coffee knowledge, customer interaction, and workflow.
Collaborate with the team to create seasonal offerings and promote new products.
Engage with customers to provide a memorable home of experience through personalized service and product knowledge.
Operate and maintain all coffee equipment, including grinders, espresso machines, and brewers.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering coffee and supplies.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafe and workstation in line with hygiene and safety standards.
Assist with scheduling and daily operational planning as required by the Cafe Manager.
